We hired The Chris King Band to kick off our 2024 4th of July day of music because we knew they would bring the energy and get the crowd dancing.  They did not disappoint!  Playing a mixture of fan favorites from many eras, Chris King and his bandmates were the perfect pick to get the party started.

The Chris King Band graced the Woodcellar stage on Friday 4/5/2024 and they owned it, to say the least! The masses came out in full force to watch this highly entertaining dance-country outfit perform, and the band gave the crowd just what they wanted: a country music dance-party to write home about!  The band covers the finest era(s) of country music and were not satisfied until every boot in the place was stompin’.

Chris and company were extremely entertaining and Woodcellar fans cannot wait until they get another fun-filled evening with the country rockers.

  • Rocky Mountain chapter of the University of Texas Alumni group

    I am the President of the Rocky Mountain chapter of the University of Texas Alumni group.  We have hired the Chris King Band for the past two years for one of our premier fundraising events.  We hired them to provide some upbeat live music that would really get the family friendly crowd active.  We were blown away with the quality and value of the band.  Within minutes of playing, the dance floor was full and smiles filled the room. The band was very easy to work with and obviously had years of professional experience.  I would hire the Chris King Band again in a heartbeat and would encourage others to do the same.

  • Summer Concert Series at Westminster Promenade in 2013

    I was fortunate enough to book The Chris King Band at our Summer Concert Series at Westminster Promenade in 2013.  Despite a difficult evening with some rain, our crowd was entertained by The Chris King Band and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.  His vast repertoire of music, classic to current, and the professional way he and his band entertained and thrilled our crowd will not soon be forgotten.  It was a great evening with a truly gifted entertainer.   I highly recommend his band for any entertainment event at any venue and look forward to working with him again in the future.

    As Founder & CEO of the Country Music Legends Of Legends Hall Of Fame, I find it a must to stay in the know about upcoming performing country music artists and bands to date. The Chris King Band is rated tops and above other bands and artist performing here in the central west today. He is a hands on entertainer - Keeping his audience’s attention on what he wants them to see and hear. Chris King was awarded the Colorado Country Music Hall Of Fame’s Male Vocalist of the Year at the CCMHOF 2013, and Colorado Entertainer of the Year in 2015 at the 17th Annual Country Music Festival October 11th.  The CMLOLHOF stage a weekly Country Music dinner show at the world famous Lupita's Restaurant and Showroom at 11809 E. Colfax Ave in Aurora, Colorado, and The Chris King Band is one of our most requested acts. They are #1 for us!
